Most commercial ovens are delivered prefabricated and installed using heavy transportation services and cranes.
Colosimo ovens are built on-site brick-by-brick, right where the oven is destined to live.
After countless man-hours building wood-fired ovens, founder Giuseppe Colosimo has developed a number of techniques that make the build a seamless process.

Colosimo ovens are quick and efficient, with domestic ovens able to reach optimal temperatures in under an hour using the correct firewood.

These efficiencies are achieved through the design of proportionate domes and oven mouths, and the best methods for insulating the oven.

Now, after many years of building static wood-fired ovens, Colosimo is proud to be the sole importer and installer of the most successful Italian rotating wood-fired and gas ovens on the market.
