Giuseppe Colosimo arrived in Australia in 1999. He grew up in a family of wood-fired oven builders and learned the craft from his grandfather, who started building traditional wood-fired ovens in Italy in the 1940s.

After building his first oven in his new Aussie backyard, Giuseppe began building ovens for his friends, and his passion quickly turned into a full-time pursuit after he secured his first customer.

Giuseppe Colosimo has built over 200 wood-fired ovens since he arrived in Australia, and has quickly developed a reputation for expert craftsmanship.

Giuseppe’s ovens are built with the finest refractory materials and customised for residential, semi-commercial and full commercial use, and are available with or without gas assist.
